Returns
To fully satisfy you, we have put in place a simple and efficient return policy.
You have received your packages but are not satisfied with it,No worries! You can return your item to us within 7 days of receipt if the item is in the same conditions as received.
Here’s how to do it in 2 steps:
1. Contact us with mail to let us know that you are going to make a return
2. Send your article accompanied by the form to the address we will send you by email.
After receipt of the article in our warehouses, we will refund you or make a discount code (+10%) to buy new product.
If there is no problem with the items, the return costs are at your expense.
A product in your order is broken or defective
Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the package.Sometimes your package may be mishandled during delivery but not worry.In these cases, contact us with the following details:
Your order number
The description of the problem (breakage, faulty item,…)
A photo or video
The product will be replace or refund, as you wish.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us with email
Product not receive after the delivery times
There is automatic refund after 60 days if you didn’t receive your order.
